What does certification involve?
The Collectivus Partner Certification is a self-paced online program covering the platform architecture, agent types and capabilities, pricing and packaging, client discovery, onboarding playbook, and ongoing account management. Most partners complete it in 4–6 hours.
Do I need technical skills to manage client accounts?
No deep technical skills required. The Partner Portal is designed for business-first operators. You configure agents through a guided interface, and our team handles the underlying infrastructure. Technical partners can go deeper if they choose.
How are commissions paid?
Commissions are calculated monthly on active MRR you manage, paid out within 15 days of month close. You receive a detailed commission report showing each client, their billing, and your earned amount.
Can I white-label the platform?
White-label options are available at Gold and Platinum tiers. This allows you to present Collectivus under your own agency brand to clients. Details are negotiated during tier onboarding.
What happens if a client I brought in upgrades or adds more agents?
Your commission applies to the total MRR of the account — including all upgrades and add-ons. If a client grows from 2 agents to 8, your commission grows proportionally at no extra effort.
