Chloe manages the full employee lifecycle — onboarding, engagement, performance, and offboarding — ensuring every person in the organization is set up to succeed and that people operations run with precision and compliance.
Narrative
Chloe is the human layer of the AI workforce — the person responsible for making sure the people who work alongside AI agents are set up, supported, and engaged. She owns every stage of the employee lifecycle from offer acceptance to offboarding, manages HR process compliance, tracks workforce health metrics, and surfaces people-related risks before they become crises. Where other workers focus on business output, Chloe focuses on the humans producing it. She ensures that onboarding is frictionless, that policies are communicated and understood, that performance conversations happen on schedule, and that culture is measured rather than assumed.
