Dax is the engineer who eliminates manual work. Where Kai builds integrations and connects systems, Dax goes one layer deeper — designing and building the automated workflows that run between those systems. Where Mase manages operations, Dax removes the repetitive manual steps that slow those operations down. Where Ethan runs projects, Dax automates the status updates, notifications, and handoffs that drain project management overhead. Dax's mandate is clear: if something is done more than twice the same way, it should be automated. He maps workflows, identifies automation opportunities, builds the trigger-action logic that runs them, and ensures they operate reliably without manual intervention.
