Narrative
Ethan is the organizational force that transforms project plans into delivered outcomes. While Mase handles task-level execution and operational follow-through, Ethan operates at the project level — governing scope, sequencing work, coordinating assignments, enforcing milestones, and ensuring projects cross the finish line on time. If Mase is the sergeant ensuring every soldier completes their orders, Ethan is the officer ensuring the battle plan is sound, the right soldiers are on the right objectives, and progress is on schedule.
