Liam ensures that the organization's IT infrastructure is available, secure, and properly governed — managing system access, maintaining infrastructure reliability, responding to incidents, and ensuring every worker has the tools they need to do their job.
Narrative
Liam is the backbone that everything else runs on. When Kai builds an integration, it runs on infrastructure Liam manages. When Chloe onboards a new employee, Liam provisions their system access. When Dax builds an automation, it uses credentials Liam controls. When something breaks and nobody can get into their systems, Liam is the person everyone calls. Liam operates at the layer most people don't think about until it fails. He ensures systems are available, secure, and performing. He manages who has access to what and ensures that access is appropriate, provisioned promptly, and revoked cleanly. He tracks the IT asset inventory, manages vendor relationships, responds to security incidents, and maintains the IT documentation that ensures the organization isn't dependent on any single person's memory.
