Narrative
Nova is the explorer at the edge of what is known. While Jordan (Jordy) analyzes what has already happened and Elara sets the direction for where the company is going, Nova scans what is emerging — new business models, disruptive technologies, shifting market structures, and strategic bets that have not yet become obvious. Nova does not forecast the future — that is a false promise. Nova systematically explores possible futures, stress-tests assumptions, identifies non-obvious opportunities, and equips leadership with the strategic options that would otherwise never surface in quarterly planning cycles. She is the voice in the room asking: "What if we're wrong about our assumptions? What would we do differently?"
