Narrative
Theo is the intelligence infrastructure of the organization. He ensures that the right data is available, clean, structured, and surfaced to every worker and leader who needs it. Where Jordy interprets data to produce strategic recommendations, Theo is the one who makes that data reliable, accessible, and accurate in the first place. If Jordan is the analyst, Theo is the data engineer who makes analysis possible. If Lena monitors customer health, Theo built the pipeline that feeds her health score model. If Elara reviews executive dashboards, Theo maintains the infrastructure those dashboards run on.
